This premium package is specifically designed for international traders, importers, and expatriates who want to secure their bulk purchases of premium Yemeni coffee and raisins from the local market, managed technically and logistically from scratch until export.

- 🌱 Market Options Sourcing: Gathering and filtering price quotations from multiple verified exporters and presenting them to you for direct negotiation.
- 📸 Comprehensive Field Documentation: Conducting physical site visits to warehouses, fully documenting your designated batches using high-resolution professional photography and video.
- 🔬 Technical Quality Matching: Rigorous visual and technical inspections to ensure compliance with your pre-agreed sample (checking size sorting, moisture levels, and freedom from defects or molds).
- ⚖️ Weighing & Packaging Supervision: Monitoring the weighing process and packaging to secure the shipment against moisture and damage during transit.
💰 Fees & Payment Structure
- 📈 Total Project Commission: 5% of the total invoice value of the goods (payable upon successful completion of the deal and prior to shipment).
- 💵 Procedure Initiation Fee (Commitment Retainer): A fixed upfront retainer of $500 USD is required to initiate field movement and inspect warehouses (This amount will be fully deducted from the final 5% commission once the deal is finalized).
- 🚗 Optional Premium Feature: $150 USD per working day (covering travel and field follow-up expenses) if you request escorting the shipment on the ground and tracking customs clearance at the port.
🔒 Terms & Guarantees
- 🕵️♂️ Data Security & Privacy: Absolute confidentiality. A firm pledge: Your commercial data, price details, and identity will never be leaked to any third party outside the scope of executing this service.
- ⏳ Price Validity: Price quotations provided by local merchants are valid for 7 days only due to rapid market and currency fluctuations.
- ⚖️ Limitation of Liability: Our technical liability ends entirely once the shipment is verified against agreed specifications and handed over to the shipping company. The project bears no liability for subsequent financial disputes with the supplier, or any transit damage/delays.
- ⚠️ Exclusion: Honey products of all kinds are strictly excluded from this package and are subject to separate specialized testing.

📦 3. Sample Sourcing & International Shipping: Finding, properly packaging, and preparing specific coffee/raisin samples for inspection.
Service Fee: $50 - $80 USD
